The EvoTools® manual crusher-destemmer is a household device used to obtain must. It crushes grapes by means of two aluminum rollers, while separating the berries from the stems with a steel paddle shaft. In the end, the crushed berries fall through the screen openings, while the stems remain inside and are removed through the front discharge.

Attention! the diameter of the support tub must not exceed 80 cm.
For smooth and long-lasting operation, clean the equipment after each use. Clean the screen and rollers of residues. Let it dry and lubricate the chain with oil to protect against moisture (vegetable oil).
Keep out of reach of children! The product has sharp parts, parts that can be easily swallowed, or can be easily tipped over, causing injuries!
