The nylon flap disc EvoTools® is ideal for high-precision finishing, mattifying and satinising of metal surfaces. With a standard diameter of 125 mm, this hybrid disc is made of flexible flaps of non-woven nylon, uniformly impregnated with fine abrasive aluminium oxide particles in P240 grit.
Thanks to its elastic, open structure, the disc provides extremely fine and controlled sanding, without digging into the material and without altering the geometry of the workpiece. It is the essential tool for giving stainless steel or aluminium fabrications that premium brushed or satin finish.
