The set of 6 mini flap discs (with abrasive cloth flaps) EvoTools® is the perfect solution for grinding, sanding and deburring operations in narrow spaces or on surfaces with complex geometry. Thanks to the compact diameter of 75 mm and the 6 mm shank included in the package, this set instantly turns your electric drill, cordless screwdriver/driver or straight grinder (die grinder) into an efficient sanding tool.
The kit offers excellent versatility, containing two types of abrasive material (Aluminum Oxide and Zirconia) in the most commonly used grits (40, 60, 80), allowing you to switch quickly from aggressive stock removal to uniform metal finishing.
Recommended applications:
- General grinding and sanding (Brown discs – Aluminum Oxide): ideal for cleaning small welds, deburring parts after cutting, removing sharp edges and sanding carbon steel or non-ferrous metals.
- Stainless steel and hard steels (Blue discs – Zirconia): high performance on stainless steel and hard alloys. The zirconia grain ensures cool grinding (does not overheat or discolor stainless steel) and extended lifetime under pressure.
- Precision work and bodywork: perfect for finishing welded joints in hard-to-reach corners, recesses, car parts or decorative metal elements.
