The 11-piece abrasive disc set from EvoTools® is the ideal configuration for metal fabrication workshops, car paint shops or DIY enthusiasts who want professional results. This kit covers the entire workflow on metal surfaces (steel, stainless steel, aluminium), providing the complete solution from initial rust removal and weld grinding through to fine sanding and final polishing.
All discs have a standard diameter of 125 mm and a 22.23 mm bore, making them perfectly compatible with most angle grinders on the market.
The set consists of:
- Flap discs with aluminium oxide (brown) – 4 pcs. Included grits: 1x P40, 1x P60, 1x P80, 1x P120
- Flap discs with zirconium (blue) – 4 pcs. Included grits: 1x P40, 1x P60, 1x P80, 1x P120

Observe the maximum working speeds specified on each disc (12200 Rpm for grinding discs and 9600 Rpm for cleaning/polishing discs). For the felt disc, it is recommended to use a grinder with speed control at a lower speed, to avoid burning the polishing compound. Always use protective equipment (goggles, mask, gloves).
